My partner and are were beyond pleased with our experience here today. The people here are absolutely amazing. Someone answers the phone 24/7 & are sincere and compassionate to your needs, Thank You Lori :) . Losing your baby is never easy butue dear friend Katricia definitely helped us through the first few days. I thought it would be extremely hard to handle. The owner greeted us and the staff here are so warm and comforting, Thank You Christine. You aren't rushed to make decisins and have a room for you and your family for final goodbyes, Thank You Audrey. They called to let us know when our baby arrived. No one saw him as just a dog. They allowed us to make the process as unique as we wanted, Thank You Jill. They welcomed us to assist with his keepsakes and photos, Thank You Jordan. They truly understand where we are coming from because each person here has experienced a personal loss of their own. They loved JD as if he were their own and had known him his whole life. They possess a genuine love for the babies and their families. We greatly appreciate Paws, Whiskers, and Wags for making this loss a little easier for our family. You all will forever be family to us.

These people are awesome for what they do, and so genuine and caring about it.  I had heard stories about other similar businesses that put poems and prayers in with the ashes...etc, upsetting them at pick up.  Not this place.  They know how to get to the point without making you feel rushed. This was one of the hardest things I have ever been through (I suppose that makes me fortunate) and they took such good care of my dog's arrangements, on time, and with such care that I could never thank them enough. I give them four paws up for being a really great business to deal with during a very rough time.

Making this call was the hardest thing I have ever done, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and caring that it made the process so much easier. I had never cremated a pet before but was very happy I did.  It allowed me to bring a level of respect to my dear cat that would not have been possible by leaving her with the vet to handle. 

They also made a paw imprint that has turned out to be much more meaningful to me than I would have thought.  I am very happy with the caring and professionalism of this company and can highly recommend them.
